Our Story

  • Bravo Virtual Assistants was born out of a unique partnership between Stephanie and Inah, both of whom found themselves searching for the right people to work with. Stephanie, a real estate investor, met Inah, a seasoned virtual assistant with over six years of experience, and the alignment was undeniable. Inah, who had already built her own VA Academy in the Philippines, trained aspiring VAs while Stephanie mentored real estate investors looking to build their own STR businesses. Together, they saw the opportunity to build something bigger: an agency that not only serves clients but provides real opportunities for talented Filipino virtual assistants.

  • From our humble beginnings, Bravo VA has grown purely through organic marketing and referrals. With an average of five new clients every month, our journey has been a surprising and rewarding one. We pride ourselves on the trust we've built, and our commitment to delivering excellence.

Why We Started Bravo VA?

We understand the challenges of finding the right team members. Both of us, Stephanie and Inah, have experienced the frustration of constantly training new people, only to find they weren't aligned with our values. We wanted to build a company that reflects the integrity and commitment we expect, not just from ourselves but from our team members. Bravo VA was founded with the belief that great work is done by great people—people who show up, work with integrity, and strive to help their clients grow.

We envision a future where Bravo VA continues to be recognized globally as the leading outsourcing agency from the Philippines. In the next five years, we aim to grow our team to 10,000 VAs, all serving clients through pure organic marketing and word of mouth.

Meet Our Founders

Stephanie Figueros, CEO

Stephanie is a registered nurse turned real estate investor, entrepreneur, and realtor. During the pandemic, she left her nursing career to pursue her dream of creating a life by her own design.

In less than nine months, she successfully acquired four properties that allowed her to leave nursing altogether. She is the Co-Founder of STR Nation, a community of short-term rental enthusiasts, and the CEO of Alora Hosting, a company managing STRs nationwide.

Inah Hernandez, COO

Inah came from an engineering field, pivoted into the VA industry a year before the pandemic. She has built an academy for aspiring Filipino VAs. With six years of experience, Inah has worked with some of the top realtors in the U.S., starting as a real estate VA and eventually rising to COO of a top-performing real estate team. Inah's expertise lies in creating efficient SOPs, task automation, and workflows for businesses.
