Commission rates
The more you refer, the more you earn
Commissions are paid per referred client, not per VA. Full-Time and Part-Time rates step up as you refer more active clients.

Brackets stack: each client earns the rate of the bracket they fall into. Example: 7 active Full-Time clients = 5 × $100 + 2 × $150 = $800 every month.

Does it cost anything to join?
No. The program is free to join.
When does a referral count?
When they book a discovery call through your personal referral link and become an active Bravo client. They qualify 30 days after their start date.
How long do I earn on a client?
For Full-Time, Part-Time and Business Integration clients, you earn every month the client stays active. Direct Hire pays $200 once.
When and how do I get paid?
Commissions are paid by the 15th of each month to the payout method you give us. Totals under $50 roll over to the next month.
How do I keep track of my commissions?
You get your own copy of the Bravo Partner Tracker, and we confirm each referral's service and start date with you every payout period.
Where can I promote my link?
On your own channels: personal social media, your website or blog, 1-on-1 referrals and your own opted-in email list. Paid ads, sponsored content and third-party channels need our written approval first.
