Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Utilize social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company's brand image across various platforms.

  • Develop and execute strategies that align with the company's brand identity.

  • Work closely with marketing professionals to conceptualize, plan, and execute social media marketing campaigns

  • Ensure campaigns align with overall marketing objectives and strategies

    Act as the voice of the company on social media platforms.

  • Interact with customers, stakeholders, and the online community through the company's social media accounts.

  • Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages promptly and professionally.

  • Analyze the company's digital marketing plan and social media strategy.

  • Identify strategic weaknesses and provide recommendations for improvements to enhance online presence and engagement.

  • Stay informed about current social media trends and industry developments.

  • Share insights and updates with the marketing team and management, highlighting trends relevant to our marketing activities.

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as engagement rates, shares, likes, and click-through rates.

  • Monitor and measure campaign performance against KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to assess success and areas for optimization.

  • Arranging contracts for maintenance, trash removal, landscaping, security and other ongoing services and managing disputes with these service providers where appropriate

  • Investigating and resolving property complaints and rental violations

Skills of a Social Media Manager:

  • Proven work experience as a Social media manager

  • Hands on experience in content management

  • Excellent copywriting skills

  • Ability to deliver creative

    content (text, image and video)

  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics

  • Knowledge of online marketing channels

  • Familiarity with web design

    Excellent communication skills

  • Analytical and multitasking skills

  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
